Fields of application
Permeable coating designed mainly
for use on school and housing settlement safe playgrounds.

Stone foundation:
I. Fossil sand layer – thickness 10 cm
II. Crushed stone, fraction 5–32 mm
– thickness 15 cm
III. Stone dust, fraction 0–5 mm
– thickness 5 cm

Advantages
This type of surface is flexible,
durable in use and highly resistant.
The main advantage of this type of
surface is water permeability and a
possibility to apply without concrete or asphalt base.

Certi cates
The surfaces have been tested and a Certificate of Conformity which confirms the
compliance of the with EN 1177 has been
awarded. The Certificate refers to the surfaces of the following thickness:
Eltan Play 60 – thickness 60 mm
Eltan Play 100 – thickness 100 mm
Eltan Play 150 – thickness 150 mm

Application method
The coating ELTAN Play is a multilayer product, and depending on investor’s requirements, its thickness
ranges from 40 mm to 150 mm.
Both layers are prepared directly on
customer’s site. This prevents possible irregularities of the outer layer
of the flooring

Durability
It should be emphasised that
during exploitation only the outer
layer is worn, which is temporarily
renovated. Based on our previous
experience, we can state that this
type of coating can be used for
many years, restoration should be
carried not earlier than after 5–7
years of use, depending on intensity of use.

Available colours
Colours are chosen based on our customer’s
individual requirement.

(thickness about 50–140 mm)
2) EPDM granule mat
(thickness 10 mm)
