PANEL SHOULDER DEVELOPMENT

 The panel body pipe will be manufactured from 1800mm long pipe with a diameter of at

least 114mm and a wall thickness of 2.5mm.

 Moving parts will be manufactured from industrial pipes with a diameter of at least Ø60 and

a wall thickness of 3-4 mm.

 The swivel hubs that provide movement to the system must be manufactured with a stopper

system in order to prevent the user from being harmed during use and to extend the life of

the product. Specially designed swivel hub arms made of thermoplastic polyurethane

material with 90 shore hardness should be manufactured to allow movement at a maximum

angle of 60º.

 A 6 mm thick support sheet will be welded under the seat.

 The flanges attached to the body must be cut from 8 mm sheet metal using the laser method.

 Pipe openings will be closed with injection plugs to prevent rain and dirt from entering.

 2 pieces of 6005 2RS bearings should be used in the swivel hubs.
