CONDUCTION BIKE

 The carrier pipe will be manufactured from a 1200mm long pipe with a diameter of at least

140mm (5”) and a wall thickness of 3-4mm.

 The moving parts connected to the main body will be manufactured from industrial pipes

with a diameter of at least Ø60 and a wall thickness of 3-4 mm.

 The Ø60 diameter pipe connected to the main body must be passed through the holes

opened by pressing or plasma method in the main body and fixed by welding method.

 The seating and handles of the exercise equipment will be manufactured from high density

polyethylene (HDPE) material by self-colored inflation method.

 Pedals should be manufactured from self-colored polyamide-based material by injection

printing method.

 The connection sheet of the pedals will be 10 mm thick by laser method.

 2 pieces of 6007 2RS bearings should be used in exercise equipment hubs.
