Fields of application
The flooring coating ELTAN 13P/E
is a polyurethane surface, designed
mainly for multi-purpose sports
fields, playgrounds and tennis
courts. This type of solution provides good durability parameters
at an attractive price. It is an ideal
product for schools and residential settlement playgrounds. The
coating ELTAN 13 P/E is a perfect
solution for amateurs. This type
of coating can be applied both on
concrete beds, and on tarmac. This
coating can also be applied on a
mineral base. In such case, additional bearing layer is used, and the
coating is offered as ELTAN P.

Advantages
The coating ELTAN 13P/E is flexible, durable
and provides a possibility of a very easy and
cheap regeneration of the usable surface.

Application method
The coating ELTAN 13P/E is a multi-layer
coating, obtained by application, on a properly prepared bedding, of a layer of SBR
granulate bonded by polyurethane adhesive.
The next stage comprises closure of the
rubber carpet by a filler system. After having
prepared the bearing layer, polyurethane adhesive is sprayed on, which is subsequently
finished by fine EPDM granulate. This action is repeated few times, which provides
proper thickness of the usable layer. The
overall thickness of the surface is within the
range of 11–13 mm, depending on investor’s
requirements.

Durability
Based on our experience we can guarantee
that this surface is long lasting. Restoration
may be required after approximately 3–4
years of intensive use.

Available colours
Colours of individual playing fields for various
types of sports are chosen based on our customer’s individual requirement.
