Fields of application
Impermeable coating recommended for school and housing
settlement playgrounds, and for
racetracks. The coating ELTAN N/E
is a technological solution both for
amateurs as well as for professionals. This type of coating is most
often applied on concrete or on
asphalt.

Advantages
This type of surface is flexible and durable in
use. It is used in sports objects, where there
is no possibility of superficial rain water
drainage.

Application method
The coating ELTAN N/E is a double-layer
coating. The first layer is a mixture of rubber granulate bonded by adhesive, forming
a carpet, which is subsequently closed by a
filler system. The second layer is a PU sprayon system, with a mixture of EPDM granulate, applied with a pressure method. The
overall thickness of the surface is within the
range of 12–25 mm, depending on investor’s
requirements.

1) Intermediate flexible layer,
thickness approximately 11 mm.
2) Final layer,
thickness approximately 2 mm.
