Impermeable coating ELTAN P/E is
designed mainly for use on multipurpose playfields, playgrounds
and tennis courts. The coating of
ELTAN P/E is a perfect solution
suitable both for amateurs, as well
as for more demanding users.

1) Main bearing layer
(thickness – approximately 35 mm)
2) Closing layer
3) Final layer

Advantages

of the outer usable surface. This
type of solution guarantees good
resistance parameters at an attractive price. It is an ideal product for
schools and housing settlement
playgrounds

Application method
The coating ELTAN P/E is a multilayer product, applied on a properly
prepared mineral base made of
SBR granulate and crushed stone
bonded with polyurethane adhesive. The next step is achieved by
closure of the rubber carpet with a
filler system. After having prepared
the bearing layer this way, polyurethane adhesive is applied, which is
subsequently covered by fine EPDM
granulate. This action is performed
multiple times, until proper thickness of the usable layer is obtained.
The overall thickness of the coating
is within the range of 27–45 mm, depending on investor’s requirements.

Durability
Based on our experience we can guarantee
that this surface is long lasting. Restoration
may be required after approximately 3–4
years of intensive use.

types of sports are chosen based on our customer’s individual requirement.
