Fields of application
Indoor floor coating ELTAN W is
perfect for gym halls, fitness studios, etc. final layer is PU varnish, providing high value
of use, concerning surface abrasiveness and
sliding friction. The overall thickness of the
flooring coating is in the range of 6–16 mm,
depending on investor’s requirements. This
type of coating can be applied directly on
properly prepared concrete or on a wooden
grate, i.e. joist floor.

The flooring coating ELTAN W provides very high comfort and durability, it is flexible and easy to clean.
It is perfect for indoor applications,
providing very high comfort of use.

Durability
During normal exploitation only the final layer
of the coating is worn, which can be very
easily renovation by another application of
the varnish layer. Based on our experience
we can guarantee that this surface is long
lasting. Restoration may be required after approximately 5–6 years of intensive use.

Layers constituting
the ELTAN W coating
1) Adhesive layer bonding the mat with the
base,
2) Bottom flexible layer, rubber mat,
thickness from 4 to 14 mm,
3) Closing layer,
4) Usable bearing layer,
thickness approximately 2 mm,
5) Final layer.

Application method
The ELTAN W coating consists of
layers applied in stages. The first
layer is a prefabricated rubber matt
bonded with the base. The second
layer is PU filler system. The third
layer is polyurethane mass. And the

12 colours of coating are available as a standard, however in case of customer’s interest
in a wider range of colours, there is a possibility to individually select other colours.
