SHOULDER EXERCISE
The carrier pipe will be manufactured from a 1600mm long pipe with a diameter of at least
140mm (5”) and a wall thickness of 3-4mm.
Arm grips will be manufactured from industrial pipes with a diameter of at least Ø60 mm and
a wall thickness of 3-4 mm.
A 6 mm thick support sheet will be welded under the seat.
2 pieces of 6005 2RS bearings should be used in the swivel hub of the arm operating device.
Pipe openings will be closed with injection plugs to prevent rain and dirt from entering.
